Anushka Sharma shared Virat Kohli and her secret upon return to India on Wednesday. She attended a promotional event in Mumbai that evening. She wore red trousers and a sky-blue shirt. On Instagram, she posted her outfit with the caption,
“Happy go red-y! ❤️”
At the event, Anushka talked about her family life. She and her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli, cook meals for their children, Vamika and Akaay. She wants to pass down their mothers’ recipes.
“We had this discussion at home that if we don’t make the food our moms made at home, then we won’t be passing these recipes on to our kids. ” Anushka said, (via Indian Express) “So, sometimes I cook, and sometimes my husband cooks, and we really try to replicate the way our mothers did. I cheat a little by calling my mom to ask for recipes, but it’s so important. It’s like you’re passing on something valuable to your children.”.
Anushka also mentioned how she keeps a routine for her kids despite traveling often.
“I fix meal and sleep times to give them a sense of control,” she explained.
This trip to India was without her children or Virat. It is her second visit since their son, Akaay, was born. There are rumors that Anushka and Virat have moved to the UK, as they are frequently seen in London. Anushka, who has not acted since Zero in 2018, is expected to return in Chakda Xpress, which she has finished filming.

Virat Kohli gave Mohammed Shami a nickname the Indian bowler shared on his 34th Birthday
Virat Kohli, known for his humor, gave Mohammed Shami the nickname ‘lala’. Shami celebrated his 34th birthday on Tuesday and is recovering from ankle surgery. He is getting closer to returning to international cricket.
On his birthday, Star Sports shared a video of Shami answering questions quickly. He said that Kohli gave him the nickname ‘lala’ because he was the only team member without one.
“My nickname in the team, as you know, they call me ‘lala’. Virat started it because almost everybody in the team had a nickname, only I was left.” Shami said, per The Times of India.
Shami also talked about his jersey number, 11, which he finds significant because many things in his life relate to this number. His favorite fast bowlers are Waqar Younis and Dale Steyn. He enjoys bowling to Joe Root, who plays all around the wicket.
One of Shami’s most memorable moments was when he joined the ODI team. He had to give a speech while standing on a stool in front of top players, which left him speechless. This experience is still vivid in his memory.
As Shami recovers, he looks forward to rejoining his team and making a comeback to international cricket.
